Your Role
As aMid-LevelGensler Technical Designer, you will have the opportunity to collaborateon retail and hospitality projectsand grow with talented designers shaping the future of our built environments.You will work on all phases of design, crafting concepts, and coordinating our designs from construction documentation to construction administration. You are passionate about design, are interested in thedetailsand have an appreciation for the nuances of furniture and finishes.

What You Will Do
Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, constructiondocumentsand production
Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatoryagenciesand other vendors to meet overall project objectives
Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in interior design,architectureor foreign equivalent
5-10yearsof related project experience
Proficiencyin Revit isrequired; Retail, Hospitality, and other experience-driven lifestyle environments
Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software, such as CAD, 3d Viz, 3ds MAX, and/or Rhino utilizing V-Ray is a plus
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or SketchUpis a plus
Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements
State licensure and LEED accreditation a plus
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software, including Grasshopper, a plus
**The base salary will be estimated between $84,000K– $108,000K plus bonuses and benefits and is contingent on relevant experience.
