The QC Testing Assistant Researcher will perform analytical testing and characterization of protein products to support research, development, and production activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in testing data. Responsibilities: - Be responsible for generating Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents to ensure stable daily production - Be responsible for performing and reviewing Quality Control (QC) testing data (such as SDS-PAGE, Capillary Electrophoresis -SDS (CE - SDS), HPLC Chromatograms etc.) to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements and specifications - Be responsible for collecting issues from this position and its upstream/downstream processes, promoting problem analysis and resolution to improve the accuracy of this position - Summarize and analyze the experimental data as required, upload the data to the recording system, analyze and sort out the non - compliant data, and assist in the delivery of the final samples for delivery - Conduct experimental operations, draft and review records in accordance with the quality management and compliance requirements of the department - Complete other tasks assigned by superiors - Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor Required Qualifications: - BS/MS in biology-related majors are preferred, Chemical, Food, Pharmaceutical, Medicine or other related disciplines with relevant experience is preferred - Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, UV-Vis, or similar is preferred - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment - Good communication skills and the ability to clearly document and present data - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Abide by the relevant rules and regulations involved in the position Required Skills: HPLC, SDS-PAGE, ELISA Important Skills: UV-Vis, Data analysis
