As a Product Manager, you will be a key team member in defining and developing the next generation of our flagship product. Youll work closely with customers, partners and cross functional teams to lead and drive the creation of new capabilities, features and technologies from idea all the way through launch and lifecycle management. Our ideal candidate will combine the ability to manage a team along with the technical background and business acumen to formulate a clear product vision and roadmap and then execute on it.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Oversee the development of customer technology products.
• Be a product visionary and strategist that can drive organizational alignment.
• Monitor and report on the impact of product releases to ensure they are providing value to the organization.
• Promote data-driven and analytical decision making throughout the organization and encourage transparency.
• Be comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fluid environment.
• Evangelize our solutions, work with the operations team to drive adoption.
• Create the long-term vision for customer portfolio and clearly articulate the strategy to senior management.
• Business & product roadmap planning and define product requirements.
• Managing prioritization and trade-offs for customer experience, performance, and features.
• Prepare launch plans, release goals, and partner with our technology team to develop new products and solutions.
• Build, manage and develop a team of product managers and product support professionals.
• Creating program goals and related metrics, tracking progress and managing through obstacles to achieve your objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

• years software product management experience in a product manager leadership role.
• Agile Product Management experience; ability to work iteratively and incrementally with the technology team to launch and deliver value to the customer.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize.
• Sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others are critical to success in this position.
• Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality goals.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial.
• Compelling presentation skills; presenting product features and feature requests to all levels of the organization.
• Technology savvy – able to work with technology teams to develop innovative customer-centric solutions.
• Proven track record of driving product innovation and bringing new products to market.
• Analytical background with experience in reporting various metrics related to product releases.
• Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a very demanding, constantly changing environment.

Mandatory Pointers-

• This is a Core Product Management role. Candidates with primarily Project Management or Delivery Management experience may not be a suitable fit.
• Hands-on experience in writing Epics, Features, and User Stories is mandatory.
• Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and technical feasibility is required.
• Experience in defining product strategy, prioritizing product features, and measuring product success using relevant metrics is expected.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience working on products developed and delivered for the US market is preferred.
• Onsite experience (if any) should be clearly highlighted.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in the 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST shift.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
