Walk-in || Quality Controller at Genix Polymers in Choutuppal

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspection and testing of HDPE and DWC Pipes during production.
• Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure consistent quality.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of pipes as per required specifications.
• Check parameters such as outer diameter, wall thickness, length, weight, appearance, and surface quality.
• Conduct relevant quality tests for HDPE and DWC pipes as per applicable standards and company specifications.
• Maintain daily quality inspection and testing records.
• Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues during production and communicate them to the production team.
• Monitor and verify corrective actions for identified quality issues.
• Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected or non-conforming products.
• Prepare Quality Inspection Reports, Test Reports, and production-related quality records.
• Support calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to maintain consistent product quality.
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure finished products meet customer requirements and applicable quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Polymer, Plastics, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
• Experience in plastic pipe manufacturing / extrusion / quality control will be preferred.
• Knowledge of HDPE and DWC pipe manufacturing and quality inspection.
• Familiarity with relevant Indian Standards and quality specifications is preferred.
• Good knowledge of measurements and inspection tools.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining quality records and reports.
• Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and coordinate with production teams.
