Genius Hr Tech Limited is looking for an experienced E commerce Recruiter with a strong background in bulk blue-collar hiring

Interview Date - Monday (14.09.2026)

Location: Near Eco Park Wax Museum, Kolkata

Salary: Up to 25k in-hand (Depending on Experience) + PF + ESIC / Medical Facility

Working Hours: MondayFriday | 9:30 AM6:30 PM

Will flexible to work weekend (If required)

Eligibility

Minimum 2 yrs. of experience in blue-collar recruitment

Experience in bulk hiring & field recruitment

Strong client coordination & stakeholder management skills

Bike + valid driving license mandatory

Age limit: Up to 35 years

Key Responsibilities

• Bulk hiring for blue-collar workforce
• Managing recruitment drives
• Client management & regular client visits
• Maintaining hiring pipeline & meeting TAT
• Field sourcing & vendor coordination
