- Documentation: Collect, verify, and compile customer financial documents for risk assessment.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas set by the regional manager.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a strong relationship pipeline to explore cross-selling opportunities (e.g., loans, insurance).
- Compliance: Strictly follow the banks internal standards, ethical sales policies, and KYC regulations.
