Job Description
Summary: GenAIx is a company focused on training workforces for the AI era, and they are seeking a Customer Relations Intern to support their enterprise clients. This role involves ensuring smooth onboarding for learners, running feedback loops, identifying UX friction, and collaborating with leadership to improve the platform and curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for GenAIx pilot clients (Ranea.ai, AskSia, Stocker, Supermoon and more), ensuring learners are onboarded smoothly and progressing through curriculum
- Run structured feedback loops — post-session surveys, async check-ins, and informal interviews — then synthesize insights into clear, prioritized action items
- Identify UX friction across the learning platform and flag or prototype improvements using low-code/no-code tools (Figma, Notion, etc.)
- Use vibe coding skills (Cursor, Claude, v0, Replit, or similar) to build lightweight internal tools, client-facing dashboards, or onboarding flows when needed
- Track client health metrics (engagement rates, module completion, NPS) and surface weekly reports to leadership
- Collaborate with the CGO and CEO to translate client feedback into curriculum updates, platform roadmap input, and case study material
- Own client communication across email, Slack, and video — professional, warm, and always on top of follow-ups
Required Qualifications:
- You are a natural people person who remembers names, follows up without being asked, and treats every client interaction like it matters — because it does
- You have vibe coding instincts — you've built things with AI tools, love experimenting, and don't wait for a dev to fix something you can fix yourself
- You notice bad UX before anyone complains and have opinions about how to fix it
- You can turn a mess of qualitative feedback into three crisp bullet points and a recommended action
- You're studying or have studied business, communications, design, CS, or anything where you've had to understand both people and systems
- You're comfortable at a pre-seed startup — you like ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership without a playbook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bonus: experience with AI, EdTech, enterprise SaaS, or customer success tools (Intercom, HubSpot, Notion)
Required Skills: Low-code/No-code Tools, Figma, Notion, Vibe Coding, AI Tools, Customer Success Tools, Client Communication, Client Relationship Management, Feedback Synthesis, Attention to UX Detail, Follow-up
