They are seeking motivated individuals for a Trading Internship that will provide hands-on learning and exposure to trading strategies within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Experience hands-on learning and have immediate exposure to senior leaders within the trading industry - Gain a thorough understanding of the financial markets through a comprehensive and intellectually stimulating program - Collaborate directly with an Automated Trading Desk, tackling real-world problems relevant to the current market environment and industry - Guided by experienced traders, you will navigate the research process and showcase your analytical expertise - Develop an understanding of the various trading strategies we trade within Gelber - Be able to construct a strong research process - Develop significant knowledge of quantitative research and the concepts that govern trading and markets - Determine if this is the career you want to pursue Required Qualifications: - Curiosity, self-motivation, strong communication skills, and an ability to collaborate with others - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn, understand, and apply new concepts - Making progress towards a master's or PhD (STEM field not a prerequisite) Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available for full-time employees
