Hygiene Regulatory Intern at GEA Group in Romeoville

The Hygiene Regulatory Intern will assist the Regulatory Compliance Manager in ensuring compliance with hygiene product regulations and facilitate product registrations and documentation. Responsibilities: - Responsible for assisting the Regulatory Compliance Manager with product registrations for North America, including state and federal in preparation of submissions and maintenance of existing registrations, including amendments - Assist the Regulatory Compliance Manager to identify, establish, implement, and maintain procedures to ensure that product labeling, collateral labeling, packaging, Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), tariff classifications, and registrations for all Dairy Hygiene products (including private label and experimental products) meet the requirements of state, federal, and international regulations - Aid the Regulatory Compliance Manager in coordinating/implementing changes to existing products for all GEA Hygiene products - Create new or revised SDSs, send to the Regulatory Compliance Manager for review, post to the online database, and distribute to appropriate personnel.
