Essential Responsibilities

The Senior FP&A Manager - Income Statement will be an integral part of the GE WIND HQ Strategic Finance (FP&A) team. Reporting to the WIND Strategic Finance - Income Statement staff leader, the selected candidate will work with the CFO, WIND FP&A Senior Executive, Finance Managers & business leaders to:

• Develop reliable monthly and quarter estimates of sales to operating profit. Communicate current results and estimates to business leaders. Identify risks & opportunities during each quarter and leading the team in mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities
• Responsible for Master and Forecasting files data accuracy & completeness, working file cleanup, format, and integrity. Ensure all dependent files have the same build. Follow-up with input owners. Drive continuous improvement & enhancements
• Lead and provide analytics on strategic initiatives. Supports external reporting requirements, including quarterly / annual financial filings and supporting corporate investor relations requests
• Lead planning cycles including developing estimates, profit walks, operating plans, quarterly forecasts and reviews
• Strategy planning sessions (3-year Plan), BUDGET (operating plan/budget) and Corporate reporting.
• Lead a key cross-functional project for GE (Operational P&L) consisting in the re-vamp of our internal reporting for Income statement financials and KPIs, tracking progress against the project roadmap at a granular level and recommending actions to get to planned performance for the operating teams.
• Be accountable for the roadmap and execution of finance processes for the Wind segment. Should have strong leadership, technical and change agent skills to directly partner with the finance and functional leaders in all Wind’s sub-P&Ls as well as Wind HQ stakeholders. Participate on cross-functional business initiatives.
• Lead DoA and Properties control overall: support functional changes, partner with DT and Properties teams on initiatives and reviews.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
• This role requires significant experience in Finance and Income Statement, Operational P&L structure, FDL/FDS reports, DOA processes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $124,900.00 and $208,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
