Job Description
Summary: GE Vernova is focused on providing advanced and cleaner energy solutions through innovation and collaboration. The Supply Chain Intern/Co-op role involves contributing to the METEM team as a Process Engineer, where the intern will engage in non-traditional machining technologies and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance quality and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and optimize non-traditional manufacturing processes. Working with complex, chemical process equipment to reduce/eliminate variation in key process parameters to improve part quality and process performance
- Build intimate process knowledge to effectively evaluate and identify areas for improvement. Work with, and lead, cross-functional teams to implement these improvements
- Learn and understand Lean Six Sigma methodologies in order to utilize them to drive improvement through the production area
- Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes, and procedures regarding safe and effective use of production equipment
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (cumulative)

Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Spring
