We are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Peterborough office.
The Client Services Coordinator is a key member of our front‑line team and plays an essential role in creating a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for every client. This position supports both our clients and internal team through exceptional communication, organization, and service delivery.

Role (Overview of the Position):
- Serve as a positive and professional first point of contact for the firm.
- Answer incoming client calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Support department managers with client outreach and the collection of required client information.
- Assist partners and managers with scheduling virtual and in‑person meetings.
- Welcome clients to the office and ensure they receive timely, supportive assistance.
- Collaborate with client services colleagues on general office support tasks.
- Perform filing, sorting, scanning, and copying of client documents.
- Complete ad hoc administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative and/or client service role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and resourcefulness.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to supporting clients and colleagues.
- Experience with Outlook calendar management; familiarity with Zoom or Calendly is an asset.

Existing Vacancy: Internal and External
Compensation: This position offers a starting salary range of $46,000 to $55,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s education, relevant experience, and skills.
