Training and Experience: Must have 1-2 years of full service restaurant, private club server, or banquet server experience. Job Knowledge: Must know basic service steps (how to wait a table) and have a good understanding of beverages - alcoholic and nonalcoholic. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Be punctual at all times and arrive to work on time, consistently.
2. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
3. Clothing must be in proper taste, crisp, clean, and in good repair, upon entering the property, including wearing name tag.Demeanor must be professional and welcoming.
4. Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; Management has final approval.
5. Become proficient on all appropriate equipment and safety features.
6. Make sure all side work is complete, before opening.
7. Perform all kitchen prep and set-up as outlined on side work sheets
8. Assist servers in the set up of tables
9. Attend pre-shift meeting to learn daily specials, and miscellaneous information
10. Monitor kitchen during shift for bread levels in warmers and ice tea and coffee stations
11. Assist servers and bartender during shift.12. Greet members with a SMILE and give all initial water service.
12. Remove trays with dirty dishes from dining room.
13. Reset tables during service.
14. Communicate with Dining Room Captain and Dining Room Manager.
15. Perform any daily and weekly cleaning duties as assigned.
16. Set up for next function, to include moving furniture.
17. Check out with Dining Room Captain and Dining Room Manager before leaving.
18. Perform other jobs that will assist in quality member service as assigned by the Dining Room Captain and Dining Room Manager. Schedule:

Varied schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Full Time
