They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics / Systems Intern to support data organization, reporting, and system improvement initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities: - Assist with cleaning, organizing, and validating data across company systems - Support efforts to align and improve data consistency between platforms such as HubSpot and Global Shop - Help develop and maintain reports that provide visibility into key business metrics - Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement - Organize and maintain datasets to improve accessibility and reporting accuracy - Collaborate with departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support reporting needs - Assist with documenting data structures, workflows, and reporting processes - Support process improvement initiatives related to data flow and system usage Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or a related field - Strong interest in data management, reporting, and business systems - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM, ERP, or reporting tools is a plus - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Required Skills: Data management, Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, ERP platforms Benefits: Tuition Reimbursement : Upon successful completion internship you will be eligible for a $2,500 tuition reimbursement/educational assistance.
