We are looking to hire a Physical Therapist with strong interpersonal skills to join our expanding team. We are a private, PT owned outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Oceanside, CA. Our mission is to empower employees and patients through continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence.

Our location is located conveniently off of Rancho del Oro Rd, between the 76 and 78 highways, near the SoCal Sports Complex. We are dedicated to providing the best care for the members of our community and are looking for someone as passionate about helping others achieve their goals as we are.

We are offering a competitive salary, a very lucrative profit sharing/bonus program, excellent benefit package and work-life balance, with an excellent clinic culture and wealth of knowledge/experience of our current staff. We have several specialties in our company including chronic pain, foot and ankle/custom orthotics, cardiopulmonary, vestibular, pelvic floor, and sports/orthopedics, offering video movement analysis and return to sport training and testing run by our excellent staff. We are connected with 10 other locations throughout San Diego County and 1 in South Orange County as well, making our network of top providers in the area. Mentorship is something we excel in, so if you are looking to learn more about any field, this may be the place for you!

If you are looking for a place to grow as a clinician, professional and individual, this is the company for you. Please inquire if you feel like this sounds like somewhere you'd love to be! We are looking for the right person, rather than a set amount of hours so part-time and full-time applicants are encouraged to apply.
