Garden State AGNC is hiring Sales Associates to join our growing team in Piscataway, NJ. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and building professional experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

You don’t need previous sales experience to get started. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the role and develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers in retail and promotional environments
• Learn about products and services and confidently communicate their benefits
• Assist customers with questions and help identify solutions that fit their needs
• Support customer acquisition and sales initiatives
• Build positive relationships through face-to-face customer interactions
• Work alongside a team to meet daily and weekly goals
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
