Site Incharge at Garden Of Joy in Hybrid - Bengaluru

Manage day-to-day site execution and coordination for assigned projects.

Coordinate with the civil contractors, vendors, horticulture team and other agencies to ensure smooth project execution.

Supervise civil and infrastructure-related works such as flooring, pathways, waterproofing, drainage, masonry, structures, , irrigation infrastructure and other site development works.

Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and timelines.

Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues, delays and quality concerns.

Check measurements and quantities of completed work for billing and contractor payments.
