Job Description
Sr TPM- Data & BI Delivery
Location: Spoke - Hyderabad
About the Role
This role sits at the center of how Centralized BI operates and delivers. It combines operating model ownership, portfolio management, and delivery oversight to ensure BI initiatives are aligned to business priorities and executed with discipline.
Based in Hyderabad, this role works across a globally distributed team, ensuring continuity in planning, clear visibility into demand, and a consistent delivery rhythm across time zones and functions.
This role partners closely with BI leadership to shape demand, drive prioritization, and ensure BI investments translate into measurable business outcomes. This role requires defining how the function operates, making trade-offs explicit, and maintaining a high standard of execution across teams.
This is not a traditional PMO or coordination role. The expectation is to shape how BI operates, drive prioritization, and deliver outcomes, not just track execution.

Own and evolve the BI operating model, including intake, triage, prioritization, and governance frameworks
Ensure consistent adoption of processes, decision rights, and delivery standards across teams
Identify gaps in current ways of working and drive continuous improvement initiatives
2 — Portfolio & Demand Management
Maintain a centralized, real-time view of BI demand across Enterprise, Customer, and Product Journeys
Own the prioritized portfolio and execution backlog, aligned to business impact and enterprise priorities
Translate ambiguous requests into clear, structured BI requirements
Proactively surface capacity constraints, demand conflicts, and sequencing risks
3 — Delivery Oversight & Execution
Oversee end-to-end delivery of BI initiatives in partnership with Data Engineering and BI teams
Review and challenge Jira artifacts, sprint plans, and roadmaps for clarity and feasibility
Manage cross-team dependencies and escalate risks with clear, structured context
Drive predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes
4 — Executive Communication & Reporting
Own development of leadership materials, including QBRs, roadmap updates, and operating reviews
Build clear, decision-ready narratives on BI strategy, progress, risks, and priorities
Develop supporting artifacts such as capacity views, operating metrics, and governance documentation
Ensure consistency and clarity in all leadership communication
5 — Stakeholder Leadership & Prioritization
Partner with Journey Leads, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to stay ahead of demand
Lead prioritization discussions, balancing impact, feasibility, and enterprise alignment
Represent BI in cross-functional forums with clear status, risks, and trade-offs
Drive consistency in KPIs, reporting definitions, and reuse of certified data assets
