Job Description
Summary: GameChanger is a remote-first technology company focused on the youth sports community. They are seeking a motivated product management intern to gain hands-on experience in product discovery, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to active product initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver value to GameChanger's customers and business, contributing on projects from discovery to launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teammates in engineering, design, QA, data and marketing
- Perform research, from interviewing users to data analysis, to inform strategy and help identify new opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data, or related field
- Exposure to product management practices, including user research, writing product requirements, data analysis, defining success metrics or experimentation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly articulate problems, tradeoffs, and recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in leadership positions and success working in a team setting
- Experience with baseball and softball data analysis
