Job Description
Starting Pay & Perks:
Certified RBTs: $19.00 – $24.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
Uncertified / Entry-Level: $18.00 – $19.00 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)
Growth: Structured performance and compensation reviews every 6 months

What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.
Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
What We’re Looking For
Credentials: Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
Backgrounds Welcome: Great for career-changers from daycare, early childhood education, caregiving, special education support, retail, customer service, or healthcare support!
Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
