- Resolve eligibility, enrollment, and claims-related questions with professionalism and care
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with every caller
- Partner with insurance carriers, providers, and internal teams to quickly resolve member concerns
- Guide employees toward informed benefits decisions that support their needs

Required Qualifications:
- * High school diploma
- * 1+ year of customer service experience
- * Strong typing and basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:
