2026 Finance Internship - NYC at Galaxy in New York

The Finance Internship offers an immersive nine-week experience where interns will support financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and contribute to strategic decisions. Responsibilities: - Support financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting efforts across key business functions - Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and data models to inform strategic and operational decisions - Help streamline finance and operations processes through automation, analytics, or process improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams—finance, product, and data—to support ongoing initiatives and projects - Contribute to ad hoc analyses, audits, and internal reporting as needed Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly - Self-starter attitude with the curiosity to learn and the initiative to take on new challenges - Available to work in-person in our New York office during the internship term - Undergraduate or master's students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 - Eligible master's students must have fewer than two years of relevant, full-time work experience - Students enrolled in PhD, MBA, or JD programs are not eligible to apply Required Skills: Financial analysis, Excel proficiency Important Skills: SQL familiarity, Python familiarity Nice-to-Have Skills: communication, Attention to detail, Time management, Self-starter attitude Benefits: Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry, Free daily snacks and weekly lunches, Smart, entrepreneurial and fun colleagues, Employee Resource Groups, Benefits may vary based on location.
