This is where rebel thinking, smart technology, and data-driven creativity shape the future.

The Role

As an Experimentation Consultant, you own the day-to-day experimentation program for your clients. You find where they are losing revenue, decide what to test, and turn results into recommendations they act on.

Externally, you will lead some accounts on your own and support the Sr. Experimentation Consultant on enterprise accounts within their portfolio. On every account, you are responsible for the execution and delivery of work for clients. You will be responsible for overall client success and satisfaction through proactive client communication, relationship management, expectation setting, and positive experiment and program results, by executing research, hypothesis ideation, prioritization, strategy, and analysis. You will be counted on to manage ongoing experimentation programs, including crafting and presenting intriguing stories and actionable recommendations through data and insights from experiments.

Internally, you will report to a Sr. Experimentation Consultant, who manages and coaches you. You will work with the account team, including Digital Programs, to deliver value to the client while maintaining profitability through internal innovation.

• Present insights & results with engaging storytelling to executive stakeholders (remotely & in-person) in order to secure their assurance in Conversion.

• You take feedback well. You act on it the first time and you're comfortable being wrong.

• You can work without a playbook. You make progress when the path isn't clear.
