This is an Apprentice role in the Finance function, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

Duration: 1-year apprenticeship (fixed-term contract)

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Apprentice to support the Finance team in day-to-day operations, financial analysis, and reporting activities. This apprenticeship will get hands-on exposure to corporate finance & accounts processes and operations.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance of financial records in accounting & other systems.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain documentation and records for audits, compliance requirements, and statutory filings.
• Support accounts payable activities, including vendor bill booking, payments, tax deduction and payments along reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for expense reimbursement process to gather financial data and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management reviews.
• Perform any finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance team.
