As a pioneering multiplatform media powerhouse, we provide expert content and technology that build valuable communities across all channels.

What you'll do

Future Talent Group is the in-house team that unifies how Future works with talent — internal editors and staffers, and external creators and celebrities — across every publication, vertical, and touchpoint, digital and IRL. You'll partner with the Branded Content team to build custom creative briefs that align creator style with brand goals. You'll also oversee talent during on-site activations and events, serving as their primary contact for content reviews. By analyzing campaign performance metrics and sharing best practices across internal teams, you'll help optimize future creator campaigns.
