Group IT Security Training Awareness Analyst

We’re looking for a Group IT Security Training & Awareness Analyst to join our Group IT Security team in Burnside, Christchurch. You’ll own and run our security awareness and phishing programme across the Fulton Hogan Group, helping us lift everyday security habits and reduce real cyber risk.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
This is a 12‑month fixed term role based in our Christchurch office, working as part of our Group IT Security team. You’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of our security awareness and phishing programme across New Zealand and Australia. This includes looking after our awareness platform, building and rolling out campaigns, and turning results into clear next steps for our people leaders.

Administer and configure our security awareness platform.
Plan, build and run phishing simulations.
Analyse results and report clear insights to stakeholders.
Develop and refresh security awareness content and campaigns.
Lead Cyber Week and other targeted security initiatives.
Support security‑related change across the business.

Practical experience with a security awareness platform such as KnowBe4 or Proofpoint.
Experience setting up and managing phishing simulations.
Background in IT, information security, cyber risk, or a similar technical area.
Confidence working with security or risk data and building simple reports or dashboards.
Strong planning and organisational skills to manage a programme of work.
Experience working with both technical and non‑technical teams.
Experience creating or improving learning content or user guides.
Interest in security culture and how people change their habits.
