Job Description
This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Travel within Fulton footprint is required up to 30% of the time.
Facilitate and guide the L&D agile team in adopting and implementing a scrumban framework, including leaning ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to scrumban principles and values. Works closely with L&D Manager to plan and execute high priority work including creating and maintaining project timelines, identifying and managing risk, and monitoring progress against identified team metrics.
- Project Management: Facilitates team agile ceremonies, including daily standups, planning and backlog refinement, retrospectives and show & tells. Ensures ceremonies are productive and meet defined objectives. Collaborates closely with L&D Manger to ensure that product strategy drives delivery efforts and delivers business requirements from the prioritized backlog. Coaches team to foster collaboration, teamwork and follow IDEAL methods for thoughtful solutions aligned with stakeholder needs. Supports team in addressing and eliminating impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving objectives and acceptance criteria within designated sprint and to mitigate risks while managing workload and team member capacity. Closely tracks and monitors the team’s results and reports productivity and efficiency metrics aligned to team goals and HR OKRs to L&D leadership. Aligns L&D project solutions and outcomes with Line of Business strategy in partnership with additional shared services teams.
- Learning Facilitation and Mastery: Facilitate virtual and in-person classroom content with mastery of tools, classroom management, and skill development coaching. Lead cohorts through various stages of learning, ensuring successful onboarding and development of employees. Utilize adult learning theory to adjust training methodologies and accommodate diverse learning needs. Provide coaching to managers on how to develop and reinforce team members’ skills and knowledge. Facilitate programs to help participants achieve skill mastery through timely coaching and feedback.
- Program Design and Development: Collaborate with business units & HR partners to assess learning needs and ensure alignment with business performance. Incorporate new methods of learning, instructional techniques, and technologies to develop compelling learning solutions. Tailor learning materials and instructional content to meet specific business needs.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business administration, project management, or related field. (Required)
Experience
3 or more years learning facilitation, training delivery, and coaching. (Required)
5 or more years project management (within learning or an agile team). (Required)
7 or more years learning program development. (Preferred)
1 or more years learning consultation or equivalent. (Required)
1 or more years working with or on an agile team. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Preferred)

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $72,500.00 - $120,800.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components
This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
