Summary: Fulcrum GT is launching a Startup Lab program, and they are seeking a Design Associate to help build a new product from the ground up. The role involves assisting in finding product-market fit, gathering customer feedback, and designing user process flows and prototypes. Responsibilities: - Assist your team as necessary to find product-market fit and launch an MVP - Gather customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights - Analyze findings to clearly define user needs and translate them into actionable design goals - Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, investors, and team members - Design and deliver user process flows, prototypes, mockups and wireframes optimized for the domain of relevant devices and interfaces - Develop the confidence to take new ideas from concept to reality Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or advanced degree in User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field from a top-tier university/college, or able to demonstrate significant professional work experience - Open minded, curious learner, and comfortable with ambiguity - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Depth of skill in UX Design and Research, with the patience and willingness to collaborate across other disciplines - Strong knowledge of Figma required - Entrepreneurial mindset, biased towards action, comfortable with fast-paced environment - You must be fully available—onsite—from June 1, 2026 through August 28, 2026 Preferred Qualifications: - Startup experience is a plus Required Skills: UX Design, Figma Important Skills: User Research, Prototyping Nice-to-Have Skills: Entrepreneurial Mindset, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Organizational Skills Benefits: Opportunities for travel, Social and team-building events, like K1-Speed, rock-climbing, and more., Fully stocked kitchen with assorted drinks & snacks, Professional development through mentors, training, and networking, Future opportunities—simplified pathway to employment
