• Executive-to-Team Bridge: Translate rapid, high-level feedback from executive leadership into clear, immediate directives for creators and external media partners.
• Workflow Automation: Audit production pipelines and introduce AI automation and modern workspace tools to maximize team speed and content output.
• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and align a small, highly capable internal team of strategists and manage an extended contractor network.

Must Have:

• 5+ Years of Digital Experience: Demonstrated success in high-impact social media management or growth content strategy, with at least 2 years of direct team leadership.
• Global Perspective: Deep, intuitive understanding of psychological angles, copy structures, and video hooks that convert audiences within Western markets (US/UK/Europe).
• Hands-on DNA: Willingness to actively participate in tasks such as rewriting scripts, optimizing intro hooks, or analyzing platform data alongside the team.
• Funnel Mastery: Strong grasp of user behavior, algorithmic distribution, and organic attribution mechanics to guide casual viewers into qualified leads.
