Looking for a varied, hands-on role in a busy manufacturing environment?

We are recruiting a Site Operations Support Technician to support day-to-day operations across multiple departments at a large manufacturing site in Dublin. This is a varied position suited to someone with stores or inventory experience who enjoys working across different areas, supporting teams and keeping stock and materials moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across multiple departments.

• Manage stock movements, inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.

• Assist with stocktaking, materials handling and general stores duties.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure materials are stored and handled correctly.

• Provide flexible support and cover across different operational areas as required.

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous stores experience is essential.

• Full, clean driving licence is mandatory.

• Forklift licence is an advantage.

• Stock control or stocktaking experience is desirable.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

• 39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.

• Typical shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm, depending on daily assignments.

• Minimum of two weekend working days per month, with time off in lieu during the week.

• Work schedules agreed in advance.
