Job Description
We're all about helping brands turn ideas into impact.
Frontify’s brand platform transforms how teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. Our people empower thousands of marketers and designers — including teams at Uber, Microsoft, Volkswagen, and Telefónica — to build engaging brands.
With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. And we’re on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. If you’re ready for a brand-new adventure, keep reading!
Your team
Your new team is a committed, collaborative, and innovative bunch. They’re designers, brand managers, content managers, and everyone who’s involved in the creative space – a group from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, they're a community of parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your mission
As Frontify’s Brand Creative Copywriter you’ll help shape how our brand expresses its point of view across campaigns, social media, webinars, thought leadership, product launches, events, and brand storytelling. Sitting at the intersection of brand strategy, creative, content, product marketing, and social, you’ll turn company priorities into sharp, distinctive messaging that resonates with marketing and creative leaders.
You’ll help define what Frontify believes, not just what Frontify says. By developing stronger messaging systems, creative platforms, and narratives, you’ll help our brand show up with greater consistency, clarity, and point of view. From shaping the idea to writing the work, you’ll create content that helps Frontify speak to marketers in ways that feel relevant, useful, and commercially meaningful.
Your responsibilities
● You'll help define and sharpen Frontify's point of view on brand orchestration, AI, governance, creative quality, and the future of brand management.
● You'll translate strategic priorities into clear, ownable messaging that works across multiple channels and audiences.
● You'll develop campaign narratives, social content, webinar storylines, launch messaging, event themes, editorial angles, and brand storytelling concepts.
● You'll write the content that brings those ideas to life across key brand and marketing channels.
● You'll build messaging systems, content pillars, social formats, and repeatable frameworks that help Frontify show up consistently over time.
● You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and our Creative Studio to shape ideas before execution.
● You'll bring proactive thinking to the team through new perspectives, audience insights, competitive observations, and cultural relevance.
● You'll help Frontify develop a more distinctive, confident brand voice and avoid generic B2B SaaS language.
● You'll use AI thoughtfully as part of the creative and content workflow while maintaining strong human judgment, taste, and strategic control.
Your story
● You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our London office twice a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
● You have 6+ years of experience in B2B brand copywriting, creative strategy, messaging, content strategy, integrated marketing, or a related discipline.
● You've developed brand messaging, campaign platforms, social concepts, webinar content, or thought leadership programs for complex audiences.
● You understand marketers, brand leaders, and creative teams, along with the pressures they face in modern marketing organizations.
● You can turn complex product, technology, and business concepts into simple, distinctive, audience-relevant language.
● You're confident developing a point of view, not just responding to a brief.
● You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can move from creative idea to finished copy across multiple formats.
● You bring strong social writing skills and know how to create content that resonates across modern B2B channels.
● You have experience building messaging frameworks, content pillars, or repeatable creative systems.
● You're curious about AI and understand that strong brand foundations, governance, and human judgment are essential to making it useful.
● Experience in B2B SaaS, brand management, creative operations, or marketing technology is a plus.
● Your friends would describe you as creative, thoughtful, curious, and proactive.
We understand that every candidate’s experience is different. If you’re interested in this role but don’t tick all the boxes, we still encourage you to apply.
