The role involves inbound and outbound phone/web sales, servicing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and handling online forms and chat communications. The ideal candidate must have strong sales experience, customer service skills, and computer literacy.

Responsibilities:
- Service existing accounts and break into new customers through inbound calls
- Handle online forms and chat
- Engage with the customer’s needs
- Type a minimum of 40 wpm
- Speak professionally over the phone and through emails / live chat
- Possess basic grammar and correct spelling
- Be extremely organized and punctual
- Pass a standard background check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
