QHSE Manager & RSPP

Responsibilities:
QHSE Management System
Develop, implement, and maintain the integrated QHSE Management System in line with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (and others as applicable);
Ensure system documentation (policies, procedures, manuals, work instructions) is up to date and effectively applied;
Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, health, and environmental performance;
Supervise preventive and corrective action plans to ensure effective mitigation of risks, resolution of non‑conformities, and continuous improvement of QHSE performance.
Compliance & Risk Management
Assume the role of RSPP for the whole company.;
Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all facilities, infrastructures & machines;
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international QHSE regulations and legal requirements;
Ensure compliance with the company’s internal QHSE policies and standards.;
Ensure compliance of products with national, European and other applicable regulations.
Identify, assess, and manage QHSE risks, including hazard identification and environmental aspects.
Monitor changes in legislation and standards and assess their impact on company operations.
Prepare, coordinate, and support field service activities, ensuring risk assessments, safety procedures, permits, training, and protective measures are in place before and during on-site operations, and ensuring compliance with QHSE requirements during customer and field interventions.
Non-Conformity (NC) Management
Manage, coordinate, and oversee the full lifecycle of non-conformities (NCs), including customer, internal, and supplier non-conformities;
Ensure timely registration, classification, and documentation of NCs within the QHSE Management System;
Lead and coordinate root cause analysis (e.g. 5 Whys, Ishikawa) in collaboration with relevant departments and external parties when required;
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related complaints and NCs, ensuring professional communication and timely closure
Audits & Reporting
Plan and conduct internal QHSE audits and support external audits and certification processes;
Analyze audit findings, incidents, non-conformities, and KPIs, and define corrective and preventive actions;
Prepare and present regular QHSE performance reports to management.
Training & Awareness
Promote a strong QHSE culture throughout the organization;
Define QHSE training needs and coordinate training and awareness programs for employees and contractors;
Act as a reference point for QHSE-related topics across departments.
Incident Management
Manage the investigation of incidents, accidents, near misses, and environmental events;
Ensure root cause analysis is conducted and corrective actions are effectively implemented and monitored.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the main interface with external authorities, certification bodies, and customers on QHSE matters;
Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, HR, and other functions to ensure QHSE integration into business processes
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
Structured, methodical, and detail-oriented approach;
Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams;
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
