The intern will collaborate with operators and supervisors, analyze manufacturing processes, and help develop documentation for operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Manufacturing Operators and Supervisors to identify and implement process efficiency improvements - Analyze existing manufacturing processes to support continuous improvement initiatives - Write, review, and update manufacturing procedures and work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency - Develop business cases and supporting documentation for capital equipment investment proposals - Assist with manufacturing-related projects aimed at increasing productivity, quality, and operational efficiency - Collect and evaluate process data to support decision-making and operational improvements Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Completed at least one year of college coursework in Manufacturing, Chemistry, Engineering, Mathematics, Construction, Management, or related field - Commitment to safety and quality Preferred Qualifications: - Previous industrial or construction experience, a plus - Previous experience working in a sports team, academic team, or other projects of a team nature - Process improvement, process analysis, or project management experience, a plus - Experience with Microsoft Office Required Skills: Process improvement, Process analysis, Manufacturing procedures, Microsoft Office, Commitment to safety, Commitment to quality, Project management
