CNC Technician at Freudenberg Group in Dalian, Liaoning, China

CNC Technician Location: Dalian Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Making programs for all the new products. Train the operators in machining shop, including the CNC program modify and tool change. Ensure the correct and complete  documentation of the CNC programs as well as the tool layout of each process. Manage the database of CNC programs and maintain the DNC system. Develop solutions for tools, cutting tools or devices, as appropriate. Make use of the quality control data, test results and various feedbacks to modify files and programs to improve the processes. Use  lean principles and participate in workouts to improve process ,reduce manufacture cost and increase efficiency. Qualifications: At least 5 years experience in CNC programming. Familiar with machining process and related standards. Familiar with Mazak, Fanuc and Siemens CNC system. Be able to program with Top Solid CAM software. Knowledge of CNC cutting tools.
