Summary: Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join their team for Summer 2026. The internship offers hands-on learning experiences while supporting day-to-day operations and project-based work, allowing students to gain practical exposure and develop valuable skills in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Participate and lead in the annual pipeline review of potential target companies/assets/ products - Will assist with target asset valuations using various industry relevant valuation mechanisms such as DCF, NPV, and precedent analysis - Will assist with company target presentations, company research/analysis, and annual M&A strategic projects as needed Required Qualifications: - Must be authorized to work in the United States. The company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization (i.e., individuals on student visas are not eligible for an internship) - Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university program - Pursuing a degree related to the position - Be classified as a minimum of an entering sophomore or above - Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship - Must commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship - Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business/finance or related business field - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office required Required Skills: Valuation techniques, Microsoft Office Important Skills: Business analysis, Creative problem solving Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical skills Benefits: Medical, Dental and vision coverage, Life insurance, Disability, 401K with company contribution, Wellness program
