Job Description
Summary: Freestone Capital Management is an independent wealth and asset management firm with over $14 billion in assets under management. They are seeking detail-oriented and service-obsessed professionals to provide proactive client service and high-level operational support to advisors and team members in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted resource for the broader Client Service team and advisors to ensure smooth and accurate account operations service, including Client onboardings
- Provide direct support to the Client Service team by providing coverage during high-volume periods, leaves of absence, or other business needs
- Develop deep expertise in our internal account management systems to independently:
- Generate and analyze ad hoc reports
- Prepare comprehensive meeting materials
- Process trade tickets and execute transactions seamlessly
- Manage account-related tasks (cash movement, wires, journals, etc.) with minimal supervision
- Ad hoc projects for the broader Client Service team
- Support new Advisor onboarding initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance, business or a related field)
- Ability to obtain Series 65 (or equivalent) within 12 months
- 0-2 years of experience in a client service role within financial services
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset
- A proactive, solution-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
