About Us - Rehabilitation Services

What You’ll Do

The Rehab Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships, facilitating inpatient rehabilitation admissions, and completing clinical pre-admission assessments to ensure appropriate patient placement. This role serves as a liaison between the rehabilitation unit and referral sources while supporting growth, compliance, and coordination of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical experience; Clinical licensure (RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) 2–3 years healthcare experience

Preferred

• Rehab admissions or business development experience.
