We’re looking for a Lamination Technician to join our team and support the composite manufacturing process from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications Trim, assemble, and finish composite components Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Document work per company guidelines Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready Take direction from team leads and support overall production goals Work collaboratively with your team to meet deadlines and quality standards What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Dependable, on-time, and consistent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Work Environment & Physical Requirements Standing and walking for 8+ hours per day Frequent bending, lifting, and twisting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Exposure to a non-climate-controlled environment What We Offer Competitive weekly pay Paid time off plus paid holidays Great benefits: medical, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, and more! 401(k) with company match A people-focused workspace built on teamwork and innovation Please note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
