Job Description
Show up with energy. Serve with heart. Make every shift count.
We're on the lookout for reliable, customer-focused Casual Customer Service Attendants to join our team at our Fernvale retail site. If you enjoy being on your feet, helping people and keeping things looking sharp, you're going to fit right in.
At Freedom Fuels, promoting from within isn't just something we say, it's something we do. People here have grown from the floor to managing sites, leading areas and stepping into our support office and gaining further real-world experience. If you're ready to grow, we're ready to back you.
A bit of flexibility goes a long way!
Our sites work as a network, and sometimes the best opportunities and the most variety come from being open to working across a couple of locations close to one another. You may be asked to work across a small number of sites within a reasonable distance, which means more shifts, a broader experience and the chance to connect with a wider team. If you're someone who adapts easily and enjoys a bit of variety in your day, you'll thrive here.
What you'll do
- Deliver friendly, exceptional customer service, every single time.
- Operate the console and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Prepare and handle food in line with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Keep the site clean, organised and well-presented.
- Merchandise and rotate stock, keeping shelves full and the store looking great.
What you'll bring
- A genuine passion for customer service and a willingness to learn
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, from early mornings through to mid‑afternoons. The more flexibility you bring, the more opportunities you’ll have.
- The ability to lift items up to 20 kg in line with safe work practices
- A warm, memorable presence that keeps customers coming back
Why you'll love it here
- Work close to home with shifts that suit your lifestyle
- Fuel and in-store discounts plus a great employee benefits platform
- A safe, supportive team environment where you're genuinely valued
- Real career pathways as we continue expanding across new markets
