Responsibilities: - Support the development of enterprise operating model strategies - Conduct analysis on: - Workforce composition (by role, level, and function) - Skills and capabilities across teams - Organizational structures, spans, and layers - Help build frameworks to: - Align work with business priorities and capabilities - Enhance collaboration across teams and functions - Assist in developing: - Presentation materials for senior leadership - Executive summaries and synthesis of working sessions - Partner with cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, HR) to gather and structure inputs - Support planning and coordination of ongoing strategic workstreams Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in: Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize insights - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (or similar tools) - Curiosity about how organizations operate and evolve Preferred Qualifications: - Interest in: Strategy / consulting - Interest in: Organizational design - Interest in: Workforce planning - Experience with: Data analysis or modeling - Experience with: Building structured presentations for executive audiences Required Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Data analysis, Modeling, Organizational design, Workforce planning, Analytical skills
