We supply just about everything besides plumbing and electrical to build homes. Our focus is on serving professional home builders. Along with supplying materials, we install a wide range of products including framing, overhead doors, insulation, gutters, siding and more. We also manufacture some products including trusses, cabinets, doors and granite counter tops.

Primary purpose: Works closely with the Sales (CSR) team to coordinate the customers’ needs from estimating through invoicing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Treasure Valley Estimating/software for plan/takeoff requests.
Submit, track, review, and create bid packets for new/existing customers.
Work with vendors for product availability, lead time, and pricing.
Generate sales/special orders in a timely manner.
Identify tasks you can deal with/complete to increase CSR capacity.
Collaborate with yard to determine load building/scheduling strategies.
Be proactive in identifying any material shortages/scheduling issues. Offer help/advice on how to get the
customer taken care of.
Communicate with yard to discuss material substitution solutions.
Analyze/Review customer account discrepancies. Pricing, salespersons, job information accuracy and work
with proper people/persons to resolve.
Submit new/upcoming project information accurately.
Complete job sales audits/reviews when necessary.
Willing to work with all internal departments to share all available information to enhance customer
experience.
Have the ability to make decisions in the event of absences/vacations.
Willingness to go above and beyond typical duties to find opportunities to be helpful to all
internal/external customers.
Whatever needs to be done to aid in adding value to our customers!
Create relationships with CSR’s and coordinate duties each day
Receive subcontractor phone calls and facilitate their needs
Complete estimates on small jobs and assist in the scheduling of deliveries and returns
Confirm special order items and their timely ordering
Conduct reviews of completed jobs and create permanent quotes when necessary
Evaluate completed jobs by performing delivery to return comparison
Research and review products and pricing requests by customers
Collaborate with the CSR team to improve customer experience
Work with CSR’s to review completed jobs and adjust quantities
Interact with customers and sub-contractors in a friendly manner
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to prioritize tasks, be patient with distractions, and manage time effectively
Willing to be versatile, understand and follow directions
Devoted to growing knowledge base
Have a good attitude, be dependable and trustworthy
Manage time well enough to get tasks done quickly and productively
Self-motivated and possess stamina and focus to perform outstanding work consistently
Possess a driver’s license with a clean driving record
Take detail seriously
Strongly Preferred:
Prior experience in the building materials industry
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word & Excel)
