About the Role

At Frankenburg, you will help bring next-generation systems from concept to operational capability. As a Platform Integration Engineer, you will work at the heart of our integration efforts, collaborating with internal engineering teams and external platform partners to ensure our systems are successfully integrated across land, sea, and air platforms.

You will join an exceptional team of leading experts in technology and national defence, building next-generation defence missile systems for the free world. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your contribution directly shapes how our technologies are integrated, tested, and fielded. If you thrive on solving complex engineering challenges and want to make a tangible impact on defence capabilities, we want to hear from you.

• Experience Experience in system integration, testing, verification, or validation within a complex engineering environment, ideally involving multidisciplinary hardware and software systems.
• Technical Skills Strong understanding of system integration, interface management, and technical documentation, with the ability to support testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations in laboratory or field environments.
• Soft Skills Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across multiple programs, domains, and engineering teams.
• Mission Alignment Strong alignment with our mission to build affordable and mass-manufacturable defence technologies — ensuring every euro spent moves us closer to our goal.
• Security Clearance Willingness to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.

Our Values

Our mission is ambitious, and it takes a team that works with the same intensity.

• Own the Mission: Mission first. Always. We choose impact — we focus on what moves the mission forward fastest instead of “nice-to-haves". We fix it now — when delays or problems appear, we step up, rally the right people, and solve them immediately. We keep momentum — when time matters, we stay focused and move forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
• Strive for More: Dare more. Do more. Achieve the impossible. We challenge the status quo — we question, test, and improve instead of accepting “the usual way.” We embrace discomfort — we step outside comfort zones and turn challenges into growth. We anticipate the future — we build solutions that scale and set higher standards each time.
• Build with Trust: Be open. Keep promises. We walk the talk — what we say, we do. No excuses, no exceptions. We share openly — we communicate clearly and early, even when the news is hard. We own outcomes — we admit errors quickly, fix them, and prevent them from repeating.
