Lift Station Technician at Frank Gay Services in Orlando, FL

Summary: Frank Gay Services is seeking experienced Lift Station Technicians to join their growing team in Central Florida. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs on sewer lift stations, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring the safe operation of equipment and tools. Responsibilities: - Performs general preventative maintenance and repair on the sewer lift stations - Performs maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and components on the panels and pumps - Troubleshoots electrical and mechanical issues - Performs maintenance according to assigned schedules or when directed - Operates standard manual, electrical, and gas-powered tools, including trade-specific tools such as welders, leak detectors, meters, gauges, and other diagnostic instruments - Maintains and ensures the safe operating condition of equipment, tools, and vehicles - Performs record maintenance duties (i.e., work orders, materials and supplies utilized, cost estimates, labor required, maintenance logs, fuel logs) - Reports any detected deterioration, repair, and maintenance of lift stations - Skills such as operating a backhoe, skid steer, and other related equipment - Also, will perform other duties including but not limited to lift stations Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 years as a Lift Station Technician - Electrical experience is a plus! - Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Physical dexterity - CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE Required Skills: Lift Station Maintenance, Mechanical Systems Repair, Electrical Troubleshooting, Use of Welders, Use of Leak Detectors, Use of Meters and Gauges, Backhoe Operation, Skid Steer Operation Benefits: Weekly Pay, Monthly Performance Bonus, Company Vehicle, phone, iPad, and fuel card, Medical, Dental, Vison, Days Paid Time Off (PTO) + PAID HOLIDAYS, Company Paid Life insurance., 401(k) matching, Career growth opportunity!!
