- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Instrumentation is checked for accuracy prior to procedure for proper functionality and maintained throughout procedure.

2. Quality & Patient Safety
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Appropriate procedure supplies and equipment for age specific needs is provided within specified guidelines.
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Patients are transported safely and timely.
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Assist in the positioning of patients as needed.
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Ensure recommended AORN guidelines are followed at all times.

3. Collaboration & Teamwork
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Follow case progress in order to anticipate surgeons needs.
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Active participation in departmental improvement activities and staff meetings.
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Provide assistance to the OR staff with room turnovers to help decrease turnover times.
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Overhead pages are expected to be responded to as soon as possible or less than three (3) minutes.
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Assist with clerical OR desk duties after hours by answering phones or taking messages.
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Can be asked to volunteer for call and late stay as needed
- <span style="font-family:";;;Arial",sans-serif;">Actively respond to emergency situations and/or trauma procedures in the OR.

4. Other Duties as Assigned
