About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Workplace & Facilities Manager to lead the development and implementation of a consistent workplace operating model across France and Switzerland.
Reporting to the Head of Workplace, Central Europe & Middle East, you will play a key role in establishing the standards, governance, processes and performance framework required to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality workplace services across a diverse portfolio of offices.
This is a regional role combining strategic development with hands-on operational leadership. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Workplace, Real Estate, Finance, Procurement, Health & Safety, HR, IT and other corporate functions, as well as local teams and external service partners.
The role will also contribute to wider regional and global workplace initiatives, including technology adoption, continuous improvement, supplier strategy and M&A integration.
What you'll do

Lead the delivery and performance of FM and workplace services across the portfolio, establishing SLAs, KPIs, service standards and supplier performance. Oversee OPEX and CAPEX planning, forecasting and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and value. Ensure statutory, regulatory and contractual compliance, working closely with Health & Safety, technical teams and other stakeholders to manage risk, address non-conformities and maintain high operational standards.
Develop robust management information, reporting and performance dashboards covering cost, risk, service delivery and employee experience, leveraging CAFM/IWMS, workplace technology, analytics and digital solutions to improve decision-making. Support workplace transformation, relocations, estate projects and M&A integration, while driving improvements to processes, systems, supplier models and workplace services and ensuring effective adoption of new standards and ways of working.
What you'll bring
We are looking for an experienced workplace or facilities professional who combines strong operational knowledge with strategic thinking, commercial awareness and the ability to influence across a complex organisation.
You will ideally bring:

Experience developing and implementing operating models, standards, processes and governance frameworks.
Good understanding of workplace compliance, risk management, Health & Safety and statutory requirements.
Experience working with FM contracts, service agreements, leases and related property or workplace documentation.
Strong analytical capability and confidence using management information to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Experience with CAFM/IWMS systems and workplace technology, with an interest in using data and digital solutions to improve service delivery.
Experience supporting workplace projects, change programmes, relocations or M&A integration would be advantageous.
A strong understanding of workplace sustainability, energy efficiency, carbon reduction and relevant building or environmental standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and workplace/FM management systems.
