Summary: We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and oversee multiple related projects aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, governance, and delivering business value across programmes while managing stakeholders, risks, and resources effectively. You will own test intake, drive the day-to-day execution, workflow coordination, stakeholder communication, and program documentation to ensure our experimentation pipeline runs with precision and velocity. Role Details: Section 1 (Roles and Responsibilities) Define and manage programme scope, objectives, and strategic roadmap. Develop and maintain detailed programme plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Lead execution of multiple projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. Track programme performance using KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies. Manage stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams, through regular updates and presentations. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and best practices. Drive collaboration, accountability, and high performance across teams. Maintain living program documentation including sprint plans, intake forms, roadmaps, decision logs, and retrospective outputs. Section 2 (Mandatory technical skills) Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs. Expertise in programme/project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar sprint-based frameworks). Ability to drive strategic planning and execution aligned with business goals. Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities. Strong documentation instincts — able to produce intake forms, PRDs, decision logs, retrospectives, and living roadmaps. Team player who enjoys collaborating across disciplines — data science, creative, engineering, and marketing. Section 3 (Mandatory non-technical skills) Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to run effective syncs, produce clear status reports, and escalate risks proactively.
