Product Manager at FOXO in Bengaluru
Mid LevelOn-siteFull-timeBengaluru
Job Description
About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and loves building products from the ground up.
You won't inherit a mature roadmap, you'll help create it. You'll work directly with founders, designers, engineers, doctors, and business teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, launch products, measure impact, and continuously improve the user experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, making decisions with incomplete information, and shipping products that create real customer value.
What You'll Do:
- Own product initiatives from discovery to launch and post-launch improvements.
- Work closely with founders to define product vision, priorities, and roadmap.
- Understand users through research, interviews, customer feedback, and product analytics.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical effort.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance using data.
- Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and iterative improvements.
- Coordinate product releases across multiple teams.
- Ensure high execution quality and timely delivery.
- Document product decisions, workflows, and processes.
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
- 4–8 years of hands-on Product Management experience.
- Experience building and launching digital products.
- Strong understanding of product discovery and product development lifecycle.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using product analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to make product decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to independently drive projects with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience working in Consumer Apps, AI, or B2C products.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered products.
- Understanding of product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog.
- Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Notion, and AI productivity tools.
- Understanding of SQL.
