Foxit is seeking an energetic, results-driven Channel Sales Manager to accelerate partner-led growth across the high-potential Emerging EMEA region, specifically Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Middle East (ME).
Reporting to the Senior ROEMEA Channel Manager, you will define, execute, and scale our goto-market (GTM) channel strategy in these markets — recruiting, enabling, and managing distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), to drive adoption of Foxit's enterprise PDF, eSignature, and document automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing VARs and distributors across CEE and the Middle East to expand Foxit's market share.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for tier-1 partners, building strong executive relationships and driving mutual revenue growth.
- Co-Selling & Pipeline Generation: Collaborate with partner sales teams to identify new opportunities, conduct account mapping, and support joint customer engagements.
- Partner Performance: Set, track, and manage quarterly sales targets, partner tiering metrics, and business plans for key channel partners.
- Territory Focus: Central & Eastern Europe (CEE): Drive partner expansion across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and the Balkan nations, leveraging local software distributors and regional enterprise resellers.
- Middle East (ME): Expand Foxit's footprint across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and Levant regions, establishing strong footholds in enterprise,
public sector, and financial verticals.
Requirements:
- Channel sales experience: Proven experience in a channel, partner, indirect sales or distribution role within the software/technology sector.
- Regional experience: Strong knowledge and experience selling through partners across Emerging EMEA, ideally covering both CEE and the Middle East.
- Arabic language: Fluent Arabic speaker with the ability to conduct business confidently in Arabic, alongside strong English.
- Partner management: Demonstrable experience recruiting, onboarding, developing and managing VARs, distributors and/or technology partners.
- Partner-led growth: Track record of driving revenue through a partner ecosystem, including pipeline generation, co-selling and joint GTM activity.
- Enterprise sales: Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally within software, SaaS, document management, cybersecurity, IT or related technology solutions.
- Relationship builder: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate partners and create mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
- Self-starter: Comfortable working autonomously across a broad, geographically dispersed territory and identifying new opportunities.
