Summary: Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Manufacturing Trainer to support employee orientation and ongoing training within their manufacturing facility. The role involves conducting training sessions, partnering with various teams to ensure effective training, and maintaining training records. Responsibilities: - Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions - Present training materials using PowerPoint and other visual aids - Train employees on manufacturing processes, safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards - Partner with Production, Safety and Quality teams to support workforce training needs - Assist with tracking employee training records and attendance - Support continuous improvement initiatives through coaching and hands-on training - Help ensure employees understand and follow GMP, safety, and quality requirements - Observe employees on the production floor and provide guidance as needed - Maintain a positive and professional training environment - Assist with updating training documents, presentations, and procedures Required Qualifications: - Bilingual in English Spanish required (Swahili, Vietnamese or Dari a plus) - Strong verbal communication and presentation skills - Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting classroom-style training - Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and basic Microsoft Office programs - Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Production and Quality - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus Preferred Qualifications: - Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or training experience preferred - Ability to engage and motivate employees during training sessions - Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills - Ability to adapt communication style to different learning levels Required Skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Manufacturing processes, Safety procedures, Quality standards, GMP, Bilingual English Spanish
